The copyright page: most of the patients with systemic disease, such as a history of chronic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter syndrome, psoriasis or abnormal immune function. The clinical symptoms of 3.1.2 anterior uveitis: eye or eyes small painful, as part of the patient so, fever, headache, limb swelling and pain. Intermediate uveitis: most patients with occult onset, or can be jealous, eye pain, blurred vision or vision loss. Posterior uveitis: eyes shadow floating or Flash feeling, vision loss, or metamorphopsia. 3.1.3 local check anterior uveitis, slit lamp microscopy, see different levels of ciliary congestion or mixed congestion, keratic precipitates, aqueous flare, serious person can appear fibrinous exudate or exudative membrane, hypopyon. Iris edema, texture is not clear, the pupil, iris posterior synechiae, or mild vitreous opacity. Recurrent episodes of control not in time, can appear obvious synechia, complicated cataract, secondary glaucoma, and atrophy of eyeball. Intermediate uveitis, slit lamp microscopy, most can be slightly ciliary hyperemia, mutton fat or dust keratic precipitates, mild to moderate anterior chamber cells, flare, goniosynechia. Snowball vitreous opacity, partial patient visible optic disc mild edema, hemorrhage, choroidal atrophy and pigmentation, and even change the detachment of choroid. The three mirror see pars plana appear snowbank exudate and the change of peripheral retinal vasculitis. Posterior uveitis: slit lamp microscopy, see vitreous opacity, or hemorrhage. Fundus examination, see the optic disc edema, hemorrhage, severe atrophy of the optic nerve; cystoid macular edema, pigment and pigment disorders; retinal edema and exudate, retinal vasculitis, or exudative retinal detachment; choroidal inflammatory lesions can be a single lesion, but also for the multiple, manifestations of choroidal edema and detachment, angiogenesis and atrophy of the choroid and retina, change can cause the fundus. 3.1.4 other examination of fundus fluorescein angiography: visible retinitis, retinal vasculitis, retinal pigment epithelial lesions, cystoid macular edema and retinal neovascularization.
